Delivery and Returns Policy
The following applies to purchases made on www.limitwatches.co.uk and not third party retailers.
Online Purchases
Online purchases are limited to 5 items per order.
Payment
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Delivery

Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, takes 3-5 working days, and is free on orders over £20 to UK postcodes*.

 

Next day delivery uses Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and is £5.99. Order before 2pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays.

If you have not received your order by the end of the delivery period stated, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us as we cannot investigate your order before this timeframe.
 
*Certain postcodes are ineligible for Royal Mail's tracked 24 & tracked 48 service. Please check the Royal Mail website for all excluded postcodes

Tracking
We offer tracking on all of our orders. When you receive an email from us to confirm your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email from your courier which will include a link to track your order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations or make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please follow the returns process outlined below if you need to send your watch back to us.
Returns
All orders can be returned within 28 working days from delivery.

If you wish to return an order within this time period, the product must be unworn and in its original condition. Furthermore, if you have received any additional products with your purchase these too must be returned and in its original condition.

Please remember to fill out the reason for returning on the delivery note and place this in the package with the product you are returning.

Returns on all orders are free.

For orders delivered via Royal Mail

For orders delivered through Royal Mail, please visit our returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to locate your order. Select each item you wish to return, select a quantity then choose a reason for return from the drop down menu. Press ‘submit request’ and then your label will be ready to print.

Simply then print your returns label, stick it on your package and then drop your return off at your nearest Post office location. You will be updated on the status of your return via email or text.

Once we have received your return and refunded the money back to you, we will notify you via email. It will take up to 14 working days for you to receive your money back into your account. If after this time you have not received your money back, please contact us at customerservice@limitwatches.co.uk.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. In cases where you are returning a faulty watch to us and it is not feasible to repair this, we will offer you an exchange for a new watch that is the same model as the original. For more information on delivery and returns, please see our FAQ page.
