Let us look after you and your watch.
As a company with over 100 years of experience of the watchmaking industry, we have come to have a good understanding about our customers needs. Due to this we understand that the experience of buying a watch does not end when we ship the watch to you, or you take it out of the store. That is why all of our watches come with a two year guarantee (which you can read more about on our guarantee page).

Alongside our two-year guarantee, we also have a dedicated aftercare team comprised of expert watchmakers on hand to answer any queries, repair any damages or exchange any items that defective.
